Geobyke is a trading division of The Electric Motor Vehicle Company Ltd to market its range of E-Bikes throughout New Zealand.
The Electric Motor Vehicle Company Ltd ( EMV ) was formed some 5 years ago to focus on the introduction of electric mobility to meet the demands of the changing market for transportation vehicles to eliminate the use of highly polluting oil based fuels.
EMV recognised that standardizing on electricity as a fuel in the digital age would be sustainable long term, minimize environmental pollution and also offer a wider range of transport options and technological and safety improvements and minimal maintenance.
Over the past 5 years EMV has developed a philosophy of offering Mobility as a Service—we call it MaaS and focus on discussing with clients their future transport needs, understanding how electric mobility options can best meet their needs, and introducing a range of high quality vehicles to meet these needs.
The company now has a range of high quality :
- e-cars including BEV, PHEV, and Hybrid electric options
- e-bikes
- e-scooters – stand on ( both on-road and off-road)
- e- UTVs ( side by sides with cab protection )
- e- electric off-road motorbikes
- e-scooters—sit on variety
The power to all the vehicles is provided by high quality Lithium iron Phosphate Batteries – LiFePO4. These last up to 15years, provide high energy, like being charged, and are considered very safe.
